Who makes Paiso

Paiso is made by Vaibhav Mangroliya, who publishes as VKKM. Its home on the web is paiso.net, and you can reach us at [email protected].

Paiso at paiso.net is an independent app. It isn't connected to other apps, companies or websites that also use the name Paiso.

What it does

• Split any way: equally, by exact amounts, percentages or shares, or item by item from a scanned receipt.
• Shared groups: a group for the trip, the flat or the office lunch crew lives on every member's phone and syncs for everyone, on iPhone and Android alike.
• Settle up: Paiso works out the fewest payments for the whole group.
• Every currency: each expense keeps its own currency, with totals in yours at live rates. The iPhone and iPad app supports 159 currencies.
• Receipt scanning: the total, place, date and line items are read on your phone, and receipt photos are never uploaded.
• Insights: categories, months and trends, charted.
• Money Coach: see what your loans cost each day in interest, get EMI reminders before each payment, and keep the maths right through a moratorium.

What Paiso isn't

Paiso is a ledger. It records who paid what, and never moves, holds or touches your money. Settle up however you like, with UPI, cash or a bank transfer, then record it in the app. Every feature is free, with no ads.

Where to get it

Paiso for iPhone and iPad is on its way to the App Store, and the Android app is on its way to Google Play. Neither is in the stores yet. Write to us and we'll tell you the day it launches.
